Nutritional cooking with Amy Aiello

Join Amy the first Tuesday evening of each month from 6-7 pm for a Nutrition based cooking class. Each month she will cover nutrition highlights and mindful eating practices. The class will prepare new plant based recipes every month with emphases on different ingredients nutrient profile.

In this first class we will prepare a homemade black bean and sweet potato burger with creamy cucumber tahini sauce. Class includes handouts with recipes and nutrition facts as well as dinner!
