JUNE 13th WORKSHOP I : PLANT BASED FOOD GROUPS

In this workshop we’ll cover the basics, including an overview of plant based food groups and foods to avoid.  We’ll cover other topics such as what a balanced meal WFPB looks like and vitamins/minerals.

JUNE 20 WORKSHOP II : KITCHEN BASICS

Part of a successful plant based lifestyle is your environment. In this workshop we will cover tools in the kitchen, pantry staples and how to read labels.

JUNE 27 WORKSHOP III : WFPB MEAL PLANNING

The goal for our capstone workshop is for you to walk away with a weekly WFPB meal plan that fits in with your lifestyle.  Topics we will cover include making meals you already enjoy more plant based, meal prep, batch cooking plus tips on local WFPB resources and eating out.
