Arcata Core Pilates and Foodwise Kitchen are teaming up! 
Start you Sunday with an upbeat movement class fusing Pilates, yoga, and small weights. Be prepared for lots of core, booty, and arm work. Get a good strength and breath based hour and 15 minute class that will balance strength and flexibility.

head on over to Foodwise for a delicious totally plant based spring inspired brunch bowl + raw dessert at 12:30.
